The Arctic Aromas Community nominated nettle the natural herb of the year in 2018. Nettle is one of the best herbs, but still far too little used compared to eg. spinach. Nettle contains loads of minerals, for example calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and phosphorus. Nettle is a natural herb, rich in minerals, vitamins and polyphenols. It is a perennial herb that grows widely throughout the country.
Ketunpoika's Voimanokkonen includes dried nettle (Urtica Dioica) leaves and seeds. Picked, dried and packed in 0,2 l paper bags by Ketunretket in Järvenpää, Finland. Weight 30 grams. Product number 007 |
